Armon Crutchfield
Owner and director
Armon opened Tiptoe for parents with a night shift, an appointment or an evening out, and he works the floor himself most evenings.
The people in the room
Who cares for your child
Liana Hedges
Evening lead teacher
Liana leads the evening blocks and the infant and toddler corner. She asks every family about bottles, naps and goodbyes before the first visit.
Makoto Toda
Weekend lead teacher
Makoto leads the weekend blocks and plans the Friday night themes, from the art table to the story corner.
Adults, every block we are open
Armon, Liana and Makoto share the blocks between them. When one is out, a backup teacher from our list steps in, and we text you before you leave home.
Everyone who works the floor is background-checked and trained in CPR and first aid.
