Armon runs Tiptoe from the front door. He opened it for parents with a night shift, a late appointment or an evening out, and he stands at the room door at the start of most blocks.
He works the floor himself, so the families who reserve a Friday night meet the same face every time.

A first block is slow. Armon asks about naps, bottles and what helps at goodbye, and he stays beside you until your child has settled.
Tell him about any allergy when you register. Once your child is enrolled, he asks again in private.
